To be afraid of X gives X the power to cause more fear. This is an ugly spiraling effect. Therefore,
I Am wrapped in the arms of Jesus Christ. I Am Safe in the arms of Jesus Christ. I Am Committed to Knowing that I Am Safe in the Arms of Jesus Christ. Amen.
If X were noise, Jesus' arms would be a sound-proof room. There could be a million X's out there, but they are all irrelevant, here inside my safe place, here in Jesus' arms. I Am Safe in Jesus' Arms.
Jesus Christ is my safe place. Grandparents, parents, siblings, spouses, and all other loved ones who have passed over make great safe havens, too.
