Are you sad?

First, some basic physical stuff:

Are you drinking enough water?  Dehydration can cause depression.
Are you getting enough sleep?  Lack of sleep can cause depression.
Are you getting enough sunshine?  Lack of sunshine can cause depression.



Are you getting 3 hugs a day?  Less than 3 hugs a day can cause depression.
Are you having enough orgasms?  Lack of orgasms can cause depression.
Are you eating a balanced diet?  Lack of proper nutrition can cause depression.

Emotionally:

Do you laugh every day?
Do you smile as much as possible?
Do you love yourself?
Do you love the world in general, radiating love out to all?
Do you allow love into your heart, receiving love from the world in general?

You don't need to answer these here, but please answer them truthfully for yourself.
